www.cleanline-san.it is an e-commerce web site dedicated to the sale of professional products. All those who buy on the website www.cleanline-san.it, individuals or companies, pursuant to these General Conditions of Sale are to be considered customers. These General Conditions of Sale regulate the sales of the products listed on the website www.cleanline-san.it, starting from the registration of the order. They apply to sales made via the Internet, telephone, fax and e-mail.

Conditions and acceptance
The fact that the Customer accepts the General Conditions of Sale before confirming his order automatically entails the acknowledgment and acceptance of the aforementioned without reserve. These conditions apply excluding all other clauses, except for all special agreements agreed in writing and signed by both parties. It is forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or invented and/or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications for him; the personal data, the telephone number and the e-mail address must be exclusively their real personal data and not those of third parties and/or fantasy.

Modification of the conditions of sale
www.cleanline-san.it reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time.

Products
www.cleanline-san.it undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products treated. The photographs illustrating the products may, in some cases, not be 100% identical to the product itself for reasons related to the continuous research of design and coloring, without however compromising its quality which will in any case be equivalent if not improved. If you introduce errors, in no case www.cleanline-san.it will be responsible.

All the products on this site comply with the specific reference regulations that regulate their distribution and use at EU and national level; the products that require it are therefore CE marked and accompanied by a declaration of conformity.

Furthermore, the quality system active in www.cleanline-san.it requires an accurate selection of suppliers and a strict control of the products that guarantee complete safety and high quality. For any other information of a technical and/or regulatory nature, or further documentation, such as technical data sheets or specific requests that the operator may need, our Customer Service is available and will promptly provide all the answers.

Prices
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros and are prices excluding VAT. All possible shipping costs are excluded. Since the rates of suppliers are constantly evolving, the prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also susceptible to changes due to causes relating to the launch of a product, promotions and sales. Attention: all prices are given subject to any typing errors.

Orders
While completing the order, the Customer is asked to:

1) fill in the form relating to personal data; it is important to specify the delivery indication, the telephone number and an e-mail address (e-mail).

2) carefully reread the form, in all its parts, before validating the order. www.cleanline-san.it is not held responsible in any case for errors related to an incorrect purchase or to be canceled and not disclosed without making any agreements by email or fax, nor for errors relating to the delivery of the package, deriving from information or data incorrectly entered by the Customer, in the form relating to personal data.

3) report any changes to payment, products, or shipping address within the hour following the order placed, to avoid any misunderstandings.

4) choose your preferred payment method:

- Paypal/Credit Card: it is the best known online payment system in the world that allows you to pay with maximum security, in real time. With Paypal, in fact, the shopkeeper never sees the data of your credit card or account (which are encrypted with a special system), but only the payment received. It is not necessary to have an account on Paypal, it is in fact possible to pay by entering the data of your credit card on the appropriate page to which you are redirected.

- Bank transfer: the data will be sent to you by e-mail upon completion of the order, which is sent only after receiving a copy of the accounting that certifies that it has been carried out.

Order Confirmation
For all orders placed on the site, an order confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent to the address indicated by the Customer in his data sheet.

Invoices
The invoice will be attached to the shipment and will be delivered directly to the buyer's home. Any copies of the sales invoice can be requested by sending an email to info@cleanline-san.it.

Delivery time
Orders received before 10.00 am are processed the same day by courier with delivery in 24/48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Transport conditions
Delivery is to be understood on the ground floor. For any deliveries to the upper floors, contact us to receive a quote.

Guarantee
Upon arrival of the package, check that it does not show signs of tampering. Otherwise, accept the goods "with reserve". No claim can be considered valid if reported after 7 days from receipt of the material. Complaints must be sent to Customer Service via the telephone number 06 8814038 or in writing (post office or e-mail). No material must be returned without our authorization. Authorized returns must reach us accompanied by the transport document indicating the number and date of the invoice relating to the original supply.

Right of withdrawal
Purchases on our site are subject to the regulations of D.Lgs n. 185 of 22/05/1999, dictated in the matter of distance contracts, in cases where the delivery of the goods takes place at the buyer's home, as these purchases are completed outside the business premises. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods. For the start of this evaluation period, the date indicated on the delivery note will prevail. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication to this effect to www.cleanline-san.it, by email. Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, www.cleanline-san.it will immediately notify the customer both by e-mail and by telephone to return the goods with the simple care of indicating on the package their data such as name, surname, address and telephone number. Products must reach us within the deadline set by the law of ten working days. The product must be returned to .......................................... in perfect condition, packed in its original packaging and complete in all its parts and any accessories and documentation (tax receipt or any invoice).

The right of withdrawal applies EXCLUSIVELY to the final consumer. Therefore, companies and professionals with a VAT number who purchase in such capacity are excluded.

Returns:
Return shipping costs are fully charged to the customer. www.cleanline-san.it therefore recommends sending the shipment insured as the return journey is under the complete responsibility of the customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, www.cleanline-san.it will notify the customer of the incident (within the working day following receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier from chosen him and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be returned, with shipping costs charged to the customer, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal; www.cleanline-san.it is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Furthermore, if the returned goods are in any way tested/used even if in a very small percentage, it will be weighed to verify its entirety, and in the event that a missing percentage occurs, the product will be fully paid by the Customer, in the case of the equipment they will have to be new as per shipment.

Modalities:
In the event that the Customer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, he must inform www.cleanline-san.it by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to our address, containing:
* the manifestation of the will to make use of the benefits granted by law
* indication of the product/products ordered
* the details of the order document and the data relating to your bank account with which the payment was made (bank institution, reference agency, c.c. number).

The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety: it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal only on a part of the product purchased.

Subject to compliance with the conditions of the previous point (return of the goods), the Customer will be reimbursed for a maximum amount corresponding to the value of the product. www.cleanline-san.it will refund the above within 30 (thirty) working days following receipt of the goods. The refund will be made by bank transfer c / or bank details indicated by the customer. With regard to the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs for sending the goods as per order by www.cleanline-san.it and any reimbursement management costs will be deducted from the total value paid by the customer.
